Receiving unlawful payments. Neither the Company nor so far as the Warrantors are aware, have any of its Agents has directly or indirectly requested, agreed to receive or accepted money or anything of value: 17.5.1 as a reward for the improper performance of a function or activity by any person; 17.5.2 in circumstances which amount to an improper performance of a function or activity; or 17.5.3 intending that as a consequence of any such request, agreement to receive or acceptance a function or activity will be performed improperly.
