Recipient Costs. Benefits are provided for services from an approved transplant center and related professional services. This benefit also provides coverage for anti-rejection drugs given by the transplant center. Covered services consist of all phases of treatment:  Evaluation  Pre transplant care  Transplant and any donor covered services  Follow up treatment
