Common use of Recipient not Remedying Clause in Contracts

Recipient not Remedying. If the Ministry has provided the Recipient with an opportunity to remedy the Event of Default pursuant to section 14.2(b), and: (a) the Recipient does not remedy the Event of Default within the Notice Period; (b) it becomes apparent to the Ministry that the Recipient cannot completely remedy the Event of Default within the Notice Period; or (c) the Recipient is not proceeding to remedy the Event of Default in a way that is satisfactory to the Ministry, the Ministry may extend the Notice Period, or initiate any one or more of the actions provided for in sections 14.2 (a), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i).

Recipient not Remedying. If the Ministry has provided the Recipient with an opportunity to remedy the Event of Default pursuant to section 14.2(b14.2 (b), and: (a) the Recipient does not remedy the Event of Default within the Notice Period; (b) it becomes apparent to the Ministry that the Recipient cannot completely remedy the Event of Default within the Notice Period; or (c) the Recipient is not proceeding to remedy the Event of Default in a way that is satisfactory to the Ministry, the Ministry may extend the Notice Period, or initiate any one or more of the actions provided for in sections 14.2 (a), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i).

Recipient not Remedying. If the Ministry has provided the Recipient with an opportunity to remedy the Event of Default pursuant to section 14.2(b), 14.3 and: (a) the Recipient does not remedy the Event of Default within the Notice Periodtime period specified in the Notice; (b) it becomes apparent to the Ministry that the Recipient cannot completely remedy the Event of Default within the time period specified in the Notice Periodor such further period of time as the Ministry considers reasonable; or (c) the Recipient is not proceeding to remedy the Event of Default in a way that is satisfactory to the Ministry, the Ministry may extend the Notice Period, or initiate any one or more of the actions provided for in sections 14.2 (a), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (g), (h) and (i).
