Recipient Ontario’s Delegate For Purposes Of Consultation. With Aboriginal Groups. By entering into this Agreement, Ontario delegates the procedural aspects of any consultation obligations Ontario may have with any Aboriginal Group in relation to any Project in which Funds are directed to the Recipient as set out in Schedule “F” of this Agreement. The Recipient, by signing this Agreement, acknowledges that Ontario has delegated the procedural aspects of any consultation obligations Ontario may have with any Aboriginal Group in relation to any Project in which Funds are directed and accepts said delegation and agrees to act diligently as Ontario’s delegate so as to preserve the Honour of the Crown in relation to any consultation obligations Ontario may have in relation to any Project in which Funds are directed.
