Recipient to undertake the Project Sample Clauses
This clause requires the recipient to carry out and complete the specified project as outlined in the agreement. Recipient to undertake the Project. 2.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Recipient must:
(a) undertake the Project in accordance with this Agreement;
(b) use reasonable endeavours to achieve the Outcomes;
(c) satisfy the requirements of the Milestones Deliverables, including meeting the completion dates for the Milestones, as specified in item 1.9 (Milestones) of Schedule 1 (The Project) and in accordance with clause 16 (Claims for payment); and
(d) complete the Project by the Final Milestone Date.
