The Recipient agrees to ensure that: the Real Property is used for, and is fit to be used for, the Purpose specified in item A.3 of the Schedule throughout the Operational Period; and the use of the Real Property for the Purpose specified in item A.3 of the Schedule throughout the Operational Period, does not infringe any conditions of the Recipient’s ownership or occupation of the Real Property.
