Reciprocal Compensation Charges. This form of reciprocal compensation is a usage- sensitive charging method in which each Party will assess the other usage-sensitive charges for the termination of traffic on each other’s system. Reciprocal Compensation Charges are assessed on a per conversation minute basis (call party answer to call party disconnect).
