Recitals Incorporated; Defined Terms. The foregoing Recitals are incorporated into this First Amendment by reference as if fully set forth herein. All capitalized terms herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Lease, unless expressly provided to the contrary. No Release. As the Lease is hereby reinstated, the Effective Date shall be deemed to be the date immediately following the scheduled expiration date of the Lease, and the Lease is hereby incorporated by reference.
