RECLASSIFICATION AND REALLOCATION Sample Clauses

The Reclassification and Reallocation clause allows for the adjustment of how certain items, assets, or costs are categorized or distributed within an agreement or project. In practice, this means that if circumstances change or errors are discovered, parties can move resources or expenses from one category to another, such as shifting budget allocations between departments or reclassifying assets for accounting purposes. This clause ensures flexibility and accuracy in managing resources, helping to address unforeseen changes and maintain proper financial or operational records.
