Reclassification Due to a Change in Evaluation or a Re-evaluation of Qualifications. A teacher who is entitled to a higher classification due to a change in evaluation or a re-evaluation of the teacher's qualifications, shall be paid from the effective date the Professional Certification and Student Records Unit of Manitoba Education and Advanced Learning approves such change in classification, a basic salary as determined in Article 9.05 (c) provided, however, that in no case shall the effective date of the new salary rate be more than one (1) year prior to the first day of the month in which the Division is notified by the teacher or Manitoba Education and Advanced Learning of the change in classification.
