Reclassification of Field Positions. The Commission shall immediately implement the reclassification of positions in the field offices based on the number of registered voters and pursuant to DBM Guideline effective January 1, 1992.

Capitalization The authorized and outstanding securities of the Company immediately prior to the initial investment in the Securities is as set forth in “Securities Being Offered” in the Offering Circular.
