RECOGNITION AND COMPOSITION. 1.01 Recognition The City recognizes the employee classifications subject to this Memorandum of Understanding and represented by the Hayward Association of Management Employees as being comprised of the classifications of employment listed in Appendix A to this Memorandum of Understanding and any other classification of employment which may hereafter be assigned by the City Manager or designee in accordance with the provisions of the City of Hayward Personnel Rules governing unit determination and modification.
