Recognition of Incumbent Labor Organizations. Each of Automotive Company and Packaging Company shall (and shall cause, as applicable, each other member of its Group over which it has direct or indirect legal or effective control to) continue to recognize all incumbent labor organizations which, as of the close of business on the Distribution Date, have established collective bargaining relationships in respect of the Active Employees of its respective Group.
