Commencement of Agreement This agreement shall come into force in respect of the Commonwealth and of a State when it has been signed on behalf of the Commonwealth and has been signed on behalf of the State with the authority of the Parliament of the State, or, having been signed on behalf of the State without that authority, is approved by the Parliament of the State.
Commencement of Services The Services will be commenced immediately upon receipt of the signed Proposal (the “Agreement”). If after commencement of the Services, the Project is delayed for any reason beyond Xxxxxxxxx’x control for more than 60 days, the terms and conditions contained herein will be subject to revision by Xxxxxxxxx. Subsequent modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties to the Agreement.
Commencement of Coverage Coverage under the provisions of this article shall apply to regular full-time and regular part-time employees who work 15 regular hours or more per week and shall commence on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the completion of the employee's probationary period.
Term of Contract and Termination (1) This Contract shall enter into force with retroactive effect on Contract award. It documents the mutual rights and obligations on the delivery of gas by the Supplier on the basis of one or more successful tenders in the OGE call for tenders for fuel gas. This Contract shall end at the end of the delivery period without notice having to be given. (2) Notwithstanding paragraph 1, this Contract may be terminated with immediate effect for reasonable cause. Without limitation, the infringement of a major obligation under this Contract by one of the Parties or a change by the Federal Network Agency to other requirements which are binding on OGE regarding the procurement of fuel gas shall constitute reasonable cause. This Contract may also be terminated with immediate effect in the event of repeated significant infringements of this Contract. (3) Notice of termination shall not be valid unless made in writing.
Commencement of Negotiations Within five (5) days of satisfaction of the public notice requirement, and not later than forty-five (45) days following submission of the proposal, negotiations shall commence at a mutually acceptable time and place for the purpose of considering changes in this Agreement.
Commencement of Final Design This contract does not obligate the State to proceed with final design for any alternative. On completion of environmental documentation, the State will consider all reasonable alternatives in a fair and objective manner. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in the contract or in any work authorization, the Engineer may not proceed with final design until after all relevant environmental decision documents have been issued.
Service Commencement Date The date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Section 15.3 or Section 29.1 under the Tariff.
Retirement of Notes The Company shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates to, prepay or otherwise retire in whole or in part prior to their stated final maturity (other than by prepayment pursuant to paragraphs 4A, 4B or 4C or upon acceleration of such final maturity pursuant to paragraph 7A), or purchase or otherwise acquire, directly or indirectly, Notes of any Series held by any holder unless the Company or such Subsidiary or Affiliate shall have offered to prepay or otherwise retire or purchase or otherwise acquire, as the case may be, the same proportion of the aggregate principal amount of Notes of such Series held by each other holder of Notes of such Series at the time outstanding upon the same terms and conditions. Any Notes so prepaid or otherwise retired or purchased or otherwise acquired by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates shall not be deemed to be outstanding for any purpose under this Agreement, except as provided in paragraph 4E.
Commencement of Leave Parental leave must commence no later than the first anniversary date of the birth or adoption of the child or of the date on which the child comes into the actual care and custody of the employee. The employee will decide when his or her parental leave is to commence.
Commencement Date and Term 1.1 This Agreement shall come into force on [insert date] (the “Commencement Date”) and, subject to paragraph 1.2 below, shall continue in full force and effect until [insert date] OR [until all Services have been completed and all Deliverables have been delivered to the British Council’s satisfaction as set out in Schedule 2 (Terms of Reference)] (the “Term”). 1.2 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere in this Agreement, the British Council shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by serving not less than [insert number of days] days’ written notice on the Supplier.
