Commencement of Coverage. Coverage under the provisions of this article shall apply to regular full-time and regular part-time employees who work 15 regular hours or more per week and shall commence on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the completion of the employee's probationary period.
Commencement of Coverage. After fulfilling all conditions of Enrollment as set out in this Agreement, coverage under the Plan shall commence:
Commencement of Coverage. Employees will be insured for Basic Life, Supplementary and Dependent Life (when elected), Long Term Income Protection, and Supplementary Health and Hospital benefits effective the first of the month immediately following two (2) months continuous service.
Commencement of Coverage. (a) Coverage under the provisions of this article shall apply to all full-time employees having completed the probationary period.
(b) A full-time employee is required to maintain 1800 hours of seniority per year, except as otherwise specified in this agreement, to receive continued entitlement as provided in (a) above.
(c) Employees with over 1950 hours of seniority maintaining 1800 hours over a 12-month period will have coverage under this article 100% paid.
(d) Employees with over 1950 hours of seniority and maintaining an average of 100 hours per month have the option of purchasing benefits under this article at the employee's cost. It is understood the provisions of Clause 24.4 and 24.5 are not included.
(e) Employees purchasing coverage under this article shall make the appropriate payment to the Employer. If the employee does not make payment on the agreed to date, coverage may be cancelled and the employee shall not be eligible to reapply unless they meet the criteria of (a).
(f) The company shall provide benefits coverage under Article 24.1, 24.2, 24.3 and 24.4 to part-time employees on the following terms:
(1) Coverage shall commence October 1, 2002;
(2) Benefits under this article are only available to regular employees who work 20 hours or more per week and who have completed the probationary period;
(3) The coverage is for only the employee.
(g) Except where required by law, Health Care Coverage terminates at age 70.
Commencement of Coverage. Employees who are hired on or after signing date of this Collective Agreement shall be covered for benefits including paid leaves of absence, and group insurance after completion of ninety (90) continuous calendar days of employment, unless stipulated elsewhere in this agreement. Accumulations of these consecutive calendar days shall exclude vacation, approved leave of absence with or without pay. Days worked before and after such leave shall be considered consecutive. However, if an employee is unable to attend to his/her duties due to sickness or non occupational injury, the qualifying days for eligibility will be added for every day of sickness or non-occupational injury.
Commencement of Coverage. Once each of the insurance plans becomes effective as set forth above, insurance as provided in Paragraphs A, B and C shall commence at the regular enrollment period for which they are eligible following the employee’s appointment.

Commencement of Coverage a) All employees entitled to coverage under the plans shall themselves be responsible for completing a requisition form requesting such coverage. Such requisition form shall be made available by the administration.
b) The Employer shall maintain, at a minimum, the health and welfare coverage for benefits in place as at January 1st, 2015.
Commencement of Coverage. (a) An employee hired or rehired shall become eligible:
(1) for hospital-surgical-medical-drug coverages on the first day of the fourth calendar month following the month in which employment commences, subject to the provisions of the applicable plans;
(2) for dental and hearing aid coverages and for vision coverage under section 1 (a) (8) on the first day of the calendar month next following the month in which the employee is actively at work after he/she acquires one year of seniority.
Commencement of Coverage. After three months of employment, benefit coverage will commence for all regular, continuing or temporary employees, including probationary.
