Commencement of Coverage. Coverage under the provisions of this article shall apply to regular full-time and regular part-time employees who work 15 regular hours or more per week and shall commence on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the completion of the employee's probationary period.

(f) The company shall provide benefits coverage under Article 24.1, 24.2, 24.3 and 24.4 to part-time employees on the following terms: (1) Coverage shall commence October 1, 2002; (2) Benefits under this article are only available to regular employees who work 20 hours or more per week and who have completed the probationary period; (3) The coverage is for only the employee. (g) Except where required by law, Health Care Coverage terminates at age 70.
Commencement of Coverage. Employees who are hired on or after signing date of this Collective Agreement shall be covered for benefits including paid leaves of absence, and group insurance after completion of ninety (90) continuous calendar days of employment, unless stipulated elsewhere in this agreement. Accumulations of these consecutive calendar days shall exclude vacation, approved leave of absence with or without pay. Days worked before and after such leave shall be considered consecutive. However, if an employee is unable to attend to his/her duties due to sickness or non occupational injury, the qualifying days for eligibility will be added for every day of sickness or non-occupational injury.
