Common use of Recommendation of the Hearing Officer Clause in Contracts

Recommendation of the Hearing Officer. If a Hearing Officer is appointed, a non-binding advisory opinion or recommendation containing findings and conclusions shall be presented in writing to the Board of Trustees. The Board may accept and adopt the findings and conclusions or may review the record or provide for an additional opportunity to be heard.
