Recommendations Regarding Inter-Agency Coordination and Environmental Documents. In the conduct of the environmental compliance actions described in Sections 3.2.1 and 3.2.5, the Parties, other than the Federal Parties, California, and Oregon, support and will urge that: A. The United States, California, and Oregon will cooperate as appropriate in the preparation of environmental documents, and B. The environmental documents will be prepared, not only as the basis for the Secretarial Determination and State Concurrence with an Affirmative Determination, but also, to the extent practicable and permitted by Applicable Law and consistent with the schedule stated in Section 3.3.4, to support permits that may be necessary for Facilities Removal, if the Secretary determines to proceed.
