RECONCILIATION OF MONTH END VOLUMES AND ADJUSTMENT. (a) At the end of each Month, M (as selected in accordance with Clause 11(a)(ii), “MonthEnd”), Buyer and Seller shall expeditiously reconcile the volumes of Oil and Feedstock priced, Supplied and Delivered during the Month, and calculate an economic adjustment (“Adjustment”) to the payments made in Month M, as follows:
