RECONCILIATION SUBMITTALS. Beginning at the end of the first Fiscal Year quarter after the Effective Date, and no later than 45 days after the end of each Fiscal Year quarter, each Party will reflect all Funding transfers received from the other hereunder on a quarterly Reconciliation Submittal.
