Record Keeping and Audit Requirements. A. Consultant shall keep such full and detailed accounting records as are necessary for proper financial management of the Project. Consultant shall maintain a complete and current set of all books and records relating to the construction of the Project. City shall be entitled, upon forty- eight (48) hour written notice, to inspect all books, records, and accounts kept by Consultant relating to the work contemplated by this Contract. Within 90 calendar days after Final Completion, Consultant shall deliver to City those records necessary for City to perform a financial audit of the Project ("Final Audit").
