Record of Communication. You may monitor and record any or all of the communications and/or Instructions sent or given by me/us and the Authorized Persons (whether over telephone or by electronic or other means acceptable to you) and that such recordings and records will remain your sole property and may be retained and used by you for such period and such purposes as you shall think fit.
