Record Retention and Audit Rights. 18.1 You agree to maintain accurate records regarding the use of the Service and the Service Report(s) to ensure compliance with our Agreement for 3 years after payment of the Licence Subscription Fee. The Service Provider has the right, at their own expense and on reasonable notice, to audit your records at your organisations premises to verify compliance with this agreement. Any audit shall occur within 3 years following the applicable Licence Subscription Fee payment. The Service Provider shall treat such records as confidential.
