Record Retention; Audit Rights and Obligations. (a) The Supplier and the Buyer shall both keep complete and accurate records and all other data required by either of them for the purpose of proper administration of this Agreement and related to the Facility in Ontario, Canada. All such records shall be maintained as required by Laws and Regulations but for no less than for seven (7) years after the creation of the record or data.
