Record retention statement. 42.1 We are legally required to retain your records for a minimum period of five (5) years following the termination of any relationship, though we may retain your records for a longer period. The exception is telephone calls we record, as set out in paragraph 13. 42.2 This period may be extended by Applicable Law or agreement by you.
