Record Title Matters. Buyer has the right to review and object to any of the Title Documents (Right to Object, 292 Resolution) as set forth in § 8.3. Buyer’s objection may be based on any unsatisfactory form or content of Title Commitment, 293 notwithstanding § 13, or any other unsatisfactory title condition, in Buyer’s sole subjective discretion.
