Title Resolution. If Seller receives Buyer’s Notice of Title Objection, as provided in § 8.1 (Record Title 322 Matters) or § 8.2 (Off-Record Title Matters), on or before the applicable deadline, and if Buyer and Seller have not agreed to a 323 written settlement thereof on or before Title Resolution Deadline (§ 3), this Contract shall terminate on the expiration of Title 324 Resolution Deadline (§ 3), unless Seller receives Buyer’s written withdrawal of Buyer’s Notice of Title Objection (i.e., Buyer’s 325 written notice to waive objection to such items and waives the Right to Terminate for that reason), on or before expiration of Title 326 Resolution Deadline (§ 3).
