Common use of Record Title Clause in Contracts

Record Title. Buyer has the right to review and object to any of the Title Documents (Right to Object to Title, 291 Resolution), as set forth in § 8.3. Buyer’s objection may be based on any unsatisfactory form or content of Title Commitment, 292 notwithstanding § 13, or any other unsatisfactory title condition, in Buyer’s sole subjective discretion. If Buyer objects to any of 293 the Title Documents, Buyer shall cause Seller to receive Buyer’s Notice to Terminate or Notice of Title Objection on or before 294 Record Title Objection Deadline (§ 3). If Title Documents are not received by Buyer, on or before the Record Title Deadline 295 (§ 3), or if there is an endorsement to the Title Commitment that adds a new Exception to title, a copy of the new Exception to title 296 and the modified Title Commitment shall be delivered to Buyer. Buyer shall cause Seller to receive Buyer’s Notice to Terminate 297 or Notice of Title Objection on or before ten days after receipt by Buyer of the following documents: (1) any required Title DEMO 298 Document not timely received by Buyer, (2) any change to the Title Documents, or (3) endorsement to the Title Commitment. If 299 Seller receives Buyer’s Notice to Terminate or Notice of Title Objection, pursuant to this § 8.1 (Record Title), any title objection 300 by Buyer and this Contract shall be governed by the provisions set forth in § 8.3 (Right to Object to Title, Resolution). If Seller 301 does not receive Buyer’s Notice to Terminate or Notice of Title Objection by the applicable deadline specified above, Buyer 302 accepts the condition of title as disclosed by the Title Documents as satisfactory.

If 299 Seller receives 319 Buyer’s Notice to Terminate or Notice of Title Objection, pursuant to this § 8.1 (Record Title), any title objection 300 by Buyer and 320 this Contract shall be governed by the provisions set forth in § 8.3 (Right to Object to Title, Resolution). If Seller 301 does not receive 321 Buyer’s Notice to Terminate or Notice of Title Objection by the applicable deadline specified above, Buyer 302 accepts the condition 322 of title as disclosed by the Title Documents as satisfactory.

Buyer shall cause Seller to receive Buyer’s Notice to Terminate 297 or Notice 317 of Title Objection on or before ten days after receipt by Buyer Xxxxx of the following documents: (1) any required Title DEMO 298 Document not 318 timely received by BuyerXxxxx, (2) any change to the Title Documents, or (3) endorsement to the Title Commitment. If 299 Seller receives 319 Buyer’s Notice to Terminate or Notice of Title Objection, pursuant to this § 8.1 (Record Title), any title objection 300 by Buyer Xxxxx and 320 this Contract shall be governed by the provisions set forth in § 8.3 (Right to Object to Title, Resolution). If Seller 301 does not receive 321 Buyer’s Notice to Terminate or Notice of Title Objection by the applicable deadline specified above, Buyer 302 Xxxxx accepts the condition 322 of title as disclosed by the Title Documents as satisfactory.
