RECORDAL. 2.1 The Seller is or will at the relevant time be the registered owner of the Land, which it is in the process of improving by constructing a building or buildings comprising of residential Sections, exclusive use areas and Common Property. 2.2 The Seller hereby sells to the Purchaser who hereby purchases the Property upon the terms and conditions more fully described in this Agreement and subject to the fulfilment of the suspensive conditions set out in clauses 5 and 6 respectively.
