Common use of Recordation of Documents Clause in Contracts

Recordation of Documents. Submit to the County Recorder of San Diego County the Grant Deed for the Property and any other document to be recorded under the terms of this Agreement or by general usage, and, after recordation, cause the County Recorder to mail the Grant Deed to the Buyer, and any other document recorded pursuant to this Agreement to that person acquiring rights under this Agreement for whose benefit the document was recorded.
