Common use of Recorded Documents Clause in Contracts

Recorded Documents. Buyer shall submit to the Xxxx County Recorder’s Office the Deed and any other document to be recorded under the terms of this Agreement immediately upon receipt, or as soon as is practicable. After the documents are recorded, Xxxxx will ensure Seller receives copies of the recorded documents. Xxxxx agrees it will cover the cost to record the Deed and any other document to be recorded under the terms of this Agreement.
