Common use of Recorded Information Clause in Contracts

Recorded Information. No adverse comments shall be placed in a supervisor's personnel file or other place of record unless the supervisor has been afforded an opportunity to read and sign the comments. Should the supervisor refuse to sign the comments after reading them, a witness shall document that the supervisor was provided the opportunity to read and sign the comments but refused to do so, and the comments shall be entered into the personnel file (see NRS 289.040).
