Recording and Monitoring Telephone Calls. BCBSRI and TPA may record or monitor telephone calls between BCBSRI/TPA and Employer and/or between BCBSRI/TPA and Covered Individuals. BCBSRI will remind Employer or Covered Individual of the recording or monitoring before each call.
