Recording Fees; Transfer Taxes. To the extent not covered by the Lender's Title Policy, the Lender shall have received satisfactory evidence of the payment by the Lessee of all recording and filing fees and taxes with respect to any recordings or filings made of the Memorandum of Lease, the Mortgage, the Notice of Assignment of Lease and Rents and the Subordination and Nondisturbance Agreement for such Parcel.
