Recording of Costs; Reports. All Plan Costs pursuant to this Section 4.5 shall be recorded and reported consistent with GAAP, consistently applied. Each Party shall keep records associated with Plan Costs incurred through performance of the Product R&D Programs and Regeneron Target Evaluation Plan strictly separate from records associated with Plan Costs incurred through performance of the Intellia Target Evaluation Programs and the Technology Collaboration. Unless otherwise agreed by the JSC, the financial data in the reports will include calculations in local currency and United States Dollars (converted into United States Dollars in accordance with Section 9.9). The JSC shall approve the form of any necessary documentation relating to any Plan Cost payments hereunder in connection with the Product R&D Programs and Regeneron Evaluation Target Programs so as to afford the Parties appropriate accounting treatment in relation to any of the transactions or payments contemplated hereunder.
