Common use of RECORDING OF DEED OF TRUST, ETC Clause in Contracts

RECORDING OF DEED OF TRUST, ETC. Trustor forthwith upon the execution and delivery of this Deed of Trust and thereafter, from time to time, shall cause this Deed of Trust, and any security instrument creating a lien or security interest or evidencing the lien hereof upon the Trust Property and each instrument of further assurance to be filed, registered or recorded in such manner and in such places as may be required by any present or future law in order to publish notice of and fully to protect the lien or security interest hereof upon, and the interest of Beneficiary in, the Trust Property. Trustor shall pay all filing, registration or recording fees, all expenses incident to the preparation, execution and acknowledgment of and all federal, state, county and municipal, taxes, duties, imposts, documentary stamps, assessments and charges arising out of or in connection with the execution and delivery of, this Deed of Trust, any Deed of Trust supplemental hereto, any security instrument with respect to the Trust Property or any instrument of further assurance, except where prohibited by law so to do. Trustor shall hold harmless and indemnify Beneficiary, its successors and assigns, against any liability incurred by reason of the imposition of any tax on the making or recording of this Deed of Trust.

Trustor shall Borrower will pay all filing, registration or recording fees, and all expenses incident to the preparation, execution and acknowledgment of this Deed of Trust, any deed of trust supplemental hereto, any security instrument with respect to the Trust Property and any instrument of further assurance, and all federal, state, county and municipal, taxes, duties, imposts, documentary stamps, assessments and charges arising out of or in connection with the execution and delivery of, of this Deed of Trust, any Deed deed of Trust trust supplemental hereto, any security instrument with respect to the Trust Property or any instrument of further assurance, except where prohibited by law so to do. Trustor Borrower shall hold harmless and indemnify BeneficiaryLender, its successors and assigns, against any liability incurred by reason of the imposition of any tax on the making or and recording of this Deed of Trust.

Trustor shall hold harmless and indemnify Beneficiary, its successors and assigns, against any liability incurred by reason of the imposition of any tax on the making or recording of this Deed of Trust.

Trustor Grantor forthwith upon the execution and delivery of this Deed of Trust and thereafter, from time to time, shall will cause this Deed of Trust, Trust and any security instrument of the other Loan Documents creating a lien Lien or security interest or evidencing the lien Lien hereof upon the Trust Property and each instrument of further assurance to be filed, registered or recorded in such manner and in such places as may be required by any present or future law in order to publish notice of and fully to protect and perfect the lien Lien or security interest hereof upon, and the interest of Beneficiary (for the benefit of Lender) in, the Trust Property. Trustor shall Grantor will pay all taxes, filing, registration or recording fees, and all reasonable and customary expenses incident to the preparation, execution execution, acknowledgment and/or recording of the Note, this Deed of Trust, the other Loan Documents, any note, deed of trust or mortgage supplemental hereto, any security instrument with respect to the Property and acknowledgment any instrument of further assurance, and any modification or amendment of any of the foregoing documents, and all federal, state, county and municipal, municipal taxes, duties, imposts, documentary stamps, assessments and charges arising out of or in connection with the execution and delivery of, of this Deed of Trust, any Deed deed of Trust trust or mortgage supplemental hereto, any security instrument with respect to the Trust Property or any instrument of further assurance, and any modification or amendment of any of the foregoing documents, except where prohibited by law so to do. Trustor shall hold harmless and indemnify Beneficiary, its successors and assigns, against any liability incurred by reason of the imposition of any tax on the making or recording of this Deed of Trust.

Trustor Grantor shall hold harmless and indemnify Beneficiary, its successors and assigns, against any liability incurred by reason of the imposition of any tax on the making or and recording of this Deed of Trust.

Trustor shall Grantor will pay all filing, registration or recording fees, and all reasonable expenses incident to the preparation, execution and acknowledgment of this Deed of Trust, any mortgage supplemental hereto, any security instrument with respect to the Trust Property and any instrument of further assurance, and all federal, state, county and municipal, taxes, duties, imposts, documentary stamps, assessments and charges arising out of or in connection with the execution and delivery of, of this Deed of Trust, any Deed of Trust mortgage supplemental hereto, any security instrument with respect to the Trust Property or any instrument of further assurance, except where prohibited by law so to dodo so, in which event, if such instrument shall be material to perfect, protect or preserve the lien of the security interest granted herein, Beneficiary may declare the Debt to be immediately due and payable. Trustor Grantor shall hold harmless and indemnify BeneficiaryBeneficiary and Deed Trustee, its and their successors and assigns, against any liability incurred by reason as a result of the imposition of any tax on the making or and recording of this Deed of TrustTrust or the Assignment.

Trustor shall hold harmless and indemnify Beneficiary, its successors and assigns, against any liability incurred by reason of the imposition of any tax on the making or recording of this Deed of Trust.
