Recording of Documents and Delivery of Funds. Upon receipt of the funds and instruments described in this Article, and upon the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent to Close of Escrow referred to in this Article, Escrow Holder shall cause the grant deed and other documents specified in this Agreement to be recorded in the official records of the County of San Bernardino. Upon Close of Escrow, Escrow Holder shall deliver conformed copies of the grant deed and all other appropriate documents to Buyer.
