Recording of Investigatory Interviews. Investigatory interviews involving AFSCME members at the Department of Corrections shall be recorded by the State, and if the investigation results in disciplinary action, the State shall supply a copy of the recording to AFSCME Council 93. AFSCME will sign a confidentiality agreement upon receipt of the recording.
