Recording of Loan. If this Loan Agreement is subject to recording in any appropriate public recording offices, the Borrower shall effect such recording at its expense in compliance with an Opinion of Counsel to the effect that such recording is necessary either for the protection of the Lender, the Secured Parties or any other person secured hereunder or for the enforcement of any right or remedy granted to the Agent under this Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document.
