Common use of Recording of Telephone Calls Clause in Contracts

Recording of Telephone Calls. (a) You authorise us to record any telephone conversation(s) between you and us, with or without an audible tone warning device. (b) You acknowledge that any recording is our property and that we reserve the right to charge you a cost recovery fee for access to a recording. (c) You agree to record all relevant details of any conversation that you have with us, including the name of the operator and the date and time of the call, and you acknowledge that we will ask you for this information when you seek access to a recording.
