Recording of telephone conversations. Party A and Party B agree that (i) each may electronically record all telephone conversations between their respective officers and employees relating to any Transaction, (ii) each waives any further notice of such monitoring or recording, and agrees to notify such officers and employees of such monitoring or recording and to obtain any necessary consent of such officers and employees and (iii) such recording may be introduced as evidence of a Transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
