Common use of Recording of Telephoned Communications Clause in Contracts

Recording of Telephoned Communications. Each Party hereby authorises the other Party to tape record all telephone voice communications relating to Declared Capacity and Net Energy Output and Dispatch of the Facility received from the other Party pursuant to this Agreement and shall supply, at the request of the other Party, a copy of transcript of any such recording.

Recording of Telephoned Communications.
