Common use of Recording Secretary Clause in Contracts

Recording Secretary. The Trustees shall appoint a recording secretary who need not be a Trustee to keep minutes or records of all meetings, proceedings and acts of the Trustees. Those minutes or records of Trustee meetings must be provided to the Trustees for verification at the next meeting of the Board.
