Assistant Secretary. The Assistant Secretary, or if there be more than one, the Assistant Secretaries in the order determined by the Trustees (or if there be no determination, then in the order of their election), shall, in the absence of the Secretary or in the event of his inability or refusal to act, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Secretary and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Trustees may from time to time prescribe.
Assistant Secretary. The Assistant Secretary, if that office be created and filled, and if authorized by the Board, may sign, with the President or Vice President, certificates for Units.
Assistant Secretary. In the absence or disability of the Secretary, the Assistant Secretary(s), if any shall be elected, shall perform the duties of the Secretary, and so acting, shall have all of the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions placed upon the Secretary; and shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as may from time to time be assigned to him or her by the President, by the Secretary or by the Member.
Assistant Secretary. Each assistant Secretary will have those powers and duties delegated by the Board or the President. If more than one, the Assistant Secretaries, in the order designated by the Board or, if in the absence of such designation, as determined by the length of term each has held the office of the Assistant Secretary, will exercise the powers of the Secretary during the Secretary's absence or incapacitation.
Assistant Secretary. At the request of the Secretary or in the Secretary's absence or inability to act, the Assistant Secretary shall perform part or all of the Secretary's duties.
Assistant Secretary. The Board of Directors or any two of the officers of the Company acting jointly may appoint or remove one or more Assistant Secretaries of the Company. Any Assistant Secretary upon such officer’s appointment shall perform such duties of the Secretary, and also any and all such other duties as the Board of Directors or the President or a Vice-President or the Treasurer or the Secretary may designate.
Assistant Secretary. An Assistant Secretary, or if there be more than one, the Assistant Secretaries in the order determined by the Trustees (or if there be no such determination, then in the order of their election), shall, upon proper delegation from the Secretary or in the absence of the Secretary or in the event of his or her inability or refusal to act, perform the duties of the Secretary, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Secretary. In the absence of the Secretary from any meeting of the shareholders or Trustees, an Assistant Secretary, or if there be none or if he is absent, a temporary secretary chosen at such meeting, shall record the proceedings thereof in the aforesaid books. The Assistant Secretary(s) shall have such other duties and powers as may be prescribed by the Board of Trustees or these Bylaws.
Assistant Secretary. The Assistant Secretary, if one be elected, shall have such powers and perform such duties of the Secretary as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Governors.
Assistant Secretary. The Secretary shall be the custodian of the Share records and all other books, records and papers of the Trust (other than financial) and shall see that all books, reports, statements, certificates and other documents and records required by law are properly kept and filed. In the absence or disability of the Secretary, the Assistant Secretary or, if there shall be more than one, the Assistant Secretaries in the order of their seniority or as otherwise designated by the Trustees, shall have the powers and duties of the Secretary.
Assistant Secretary. Any Assistant Secretary of the Trust shall perform such duties as the Trustees, the President or the Secretary from time to time may designate, and, in the absence of the Secretary, the senior Assistant Secretary, present and able to act, may perform all the duties of the Secretary.
