Common use of Recordings Clause in Contracts

Recordings. You acknowledge and agree that Your communications to Libre or with a Libre representative may be recorded. 5.2.1. You acknowledge and agree that Libre may employ the use of cameras and recording equipment in its offices and its company cars. Any conversations You have in these venues may be recorded. Your execution of this Agreement and Your subsequent presence in such venues constitutes Your consent to be visually and/or audibly recorded.
