Common use of Recordkeeping and Accounting Clause in Contracts

Recordkeeping and Accounting. 10.1 The Subrecipient shall maintain accurate financial and service delivery records pertinent to the Activity to be funded under this agreement as required by 24 CFR 570.506. The Subrecipient's books, records and other documents related to this Agreement shall be sufficient to support and document that allowable services were provided to eligible participants. Records shall support that costs incurred were reasonable and allocable to the Activity under this Agreement. Client data demonstrating client eligibility for services shall be maintained including, but not limited to, client name, address, income level, or other basis for determining eligibility, and a description of service provided.
