Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements. The Operator shall establish and maintain a system to provide storage and ready retrieval of the Operator’s Facility operating data pertinent to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, all information necessary to verify calculations made pursuant to its fee schedule.
