Records and Monthly Reports. Chugach and Union shall each keep appropriate records of gas exchanged and payments made or received under this Contract. No later than the 15th day of each calendar month during the term of the Contract (or the next business day if the 15th day is not a business day), beginning on November 15, 2010, each Party will provide the other Party with a summary of quantities of gas exchanged and amounts paid during the prior calendar month. The Parties will work together to resolve any dispute. Any disputes which cannot be resolved will be resolved pursuant to the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Section 13.

  • Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:

  • RECORDS AND STATEMENTS The records of the Trustee pertaining to the Plan must be open to the inspection of the Plan Administrator, the Advisory Committee and the Employer at all reasonable times and may be audited from time to time by any person or persons as the Employer, Plan Administrator or Advisory Committee may specify in writing. The Trustee must furnish the Plan Administrator or Advisory Committee with whatever information relating to the Trust Fund the Plan Administrator or Advisory Committee considers necessary.

  • Inspection; Keeping of Books and Records Subject to applicable law and third party confidentiality agreements entered into by the Borrower or any Subsidiary in the ordinary course of business, the Borrower will, and will cause each Subsidiary to, permit the Administrative Agent, during the continuance of a Default or Unmatured Default, by its representatives and agents, to inspect any of the Property, books and financial records of the Borrower and each Subsidiary, to examine and make copies of the books of accounts and other financial records of the Borrower and each Subsidiary, and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Borrower and each Subsidiary with their respective officers at such reasonable times and intervals as the Administrative Agent may designate but in all events upon reasonable prior notice to the Borrower.   • Monthly Reporting Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Servicing Agreement, with respect to the Mortgage Loans, not later than the tenth calendar day of each month (or if such tenth calendar day is not a Business Day, the immediately succeeding Business Day), the Servicer shall furnish to the Master Servicer (i)(a) monthly loan data in the format set forth in Exhibit B hereto (or in such other format mutually agreed upon between the Servicer and the Master Servicer), (b) default loan data in the format set forth in Exhibit C hereto (or in such other format mutually agreed upon between the Servicer and the Master Servicer and (c) information regarding the realized losses and gains in the format set forth in Exhibit D hereto (or in such other format mutually agreed upon between the Servicer and the Master Servicer), in each case relating to the period ending on the last day of the preceding calendar month, (ii) all such information required pursuant to clause (i)(a) above on a magnetic tape, electronic mail, or other similar media reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer, and (iii) all supporting documentation with respect to the information required under the preceding paragraph.

  • Inspection of Records and Reports Every Trustee shall have the right at any reasonable time to inspect all books, records, and documents of every kind and the physical properties of the Trust. This inspection by a Trustee may be made in person or by an agent or attorney and the right of inspection includes the right to copy and make extracts of documents. No Shareholder shall have any right to inspect any account, book or document of the Trust that is not publicly available, except as conferred by the Trustees. The books and records of the Trust may be kept at such place or places as the Board of Trustees may from time to time determine, except as otherwise required by law.

  • Records; Visits The books and records pertaining to the Fund, which are in the possession or under the control of PFPC, shall be the property of the Fund. Such books and records shall be prepared and maintained as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. The Fund and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during PFPC's normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by PFPC to the Fund or to an Authorized Person, at the Fund's expense.

  • Records and Reports of Inventory Each Borrower shall keep accurate and complete records of its Inventory, including costs and daily withdrawals and additions, and shall submit to Agent inventory and reconciliation reports in form satisfactory to Agent, on such periodic basis as Agent may request. Each Borrower shall conduct a physical inventory at least once per calendar year (and on a more frequent basis if requested by Agent when an Event of Default exists) and periodic cycle counts consistent with historical practices, and shall provide to Agent a report based on each such inventory and count promptly upon completion thereof, together with such supporting information as Agent may request. Agent may participate in and observe each physical count.
