Records and Reports of Inventory. Each Obligor shall keep accurate and complete records in all material respects of its Inventory, including costs and daily withdrawals and additions, and shall submit to Agent inventory and reconciliation reports in a form reasonably satisfactory to Agent, on such periodic basis as Agent may request (but no more frequently than Agent is permitted to request Borrowing Base Certificates).
