Records and Schedules of Equipment. Borrower shall keep accurate records itemizing and describing the kind, type, quality, quantity and value of its Equipment and all dispositions made in accordance with subsection 6.4.2 hereof, and shall furnish Lender with a current schedule containing the foregoing information on at least an annual basis and more often if requested by Lender. Immediately on request therefor by Lender, Borrower shall deliver to Lender any and all evidence of ownership, if any, of any of the Equipment.

Immediately on request therefor by LenderPromptly upon request, Borrower shall deliver to Lender any and all evidence of ownership, if any, of its ownership or interests in any of the Equipment.

Borrower shall keep use its best efforts to maintain accurate records itemizing and describing the kind, type, quality, quantity and value of its Equipment and all any dispositions made in accordance with subsection 6.4.2 Section 7.4 hereof, all in form and in detail similar to that currently maintained by Borrower, and shall furnish Lender with a current schedule containing the foregoing information on at least an annual a quarterly basis and more often if requested by Lender. Immediately on request therefor by Lender, Borrower shall deliver to Lender any and all evidence of ownership, if any, of any of the Equipment.

Immediately on request therefor by Lenderinformation, Borrower shall deliver to Lender any and along with all available evidence of ownership, if any, ownership of any of the its Equipment.

Immediately on request therefor by Lender, Borrower shall deliver to Lender any and all evidence of ownership, if any, of any of the Equipment.
