Common use of Records and Schedules of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Records and Schedules of Equipment. Each Obligor shall keep accurate and complete records of its Equipment, including kind, quality, quantity, cost, acquisitions and dispositions thereof, and shall submit to Agent, on such periodic basis as Agent may request, a current schedule thereof, in form satisfactory to Agent. Promptly upon request, Obligors shall deliver to Agent evidence of their ownership or interests in any Equipment.

Promptly upon requestafter request therefor by Agent, Obligors shall deliver to Agent any and all evidence of their ownership or interests in ownership, if any, of any of the Equipment.

Promptly upon requestafter request therefor by Agent, Obligors shall deliver to Agent any and all evidence of their ownership or interests in ownership, if any, of any of the Equipment.

Promptly upon request, Obligors shall deliver to Agent evidence of their ownership or interests such other documents and information as Agent may reasonably request from time to time in any connection with Obligor’s Equipment.

Promptly upon request, Obligors shall deliver to First Lien Agent (or, following the Bank Loan Termination Date, Agent) evidence of their ownership or interests in any Equipment.
